I'm considering buying this rackmountable switch:

Most of my servers come with NICs that support 10/100Mbps, but more recently
servers are starting to come with at least one 1000Mbps NIC. Can I get my
100mbps servers to talk with the 1000mbps servers using this switch? My
concern is that the 1000Mbps NICs seem to require a larger cable plug than
the 10/100s, yet every port on this switch appears to be the same size. Can
I be assured that both types of cables will be able to plug into this
switch?

Yes, they are the same. All RJ45 plugs that run 10/100/1000 are the same.
The issue that you will run into is more likely the patch cables. It's been
my experience that 1000TX connections are extremely picky compared to 10 or
100. Make sure your patch cables are good cat 5e or 6 with good ends on
them.
