Question about SP3 update on Outlook 2002

Since I have applied the SP3 patch on my Office XP Pro, my
Outlook ask me everytime I open it if I let another
program access email addresses stored in Outlook.

I have passed my NAV 2003 (lastest signature) on my
computer and it find NOTHING.

Is it normal Outlook ask me this question ???

Yeah, it happens to me, too. I believe it's because I have iHateSpam installed. Is there a way to disable this message ?; it's annoying!
 
I confirm I have IhateSpam installed on my system. I will
try to see if an update is available on the IHateSpam web
site.
