Question about redoing web page

My work has a current web page. They want me to redo it. I am teaching
myself Frontpage. Which is the easiest way? Redo the file that exists or
create new & then replace. Also what resources are good to learn more about
Frontpage? THX

It depends upon the site. If the existing site is put together carefully and
well - not just on the outside, but code-wise - it might make sense to just
renovate it. If it's messy (inside or outside) I'd start over.
