Hi Bob,
I have never done this myself, but I have seen an Access database at work that has this
capability. I just did a quick search on groups.google.com, and it looks like ACG Soft
might be a possibility for you:

Click on the link that reads "MS Access Developer Products". The second item shown is
"PDF and Mail Class Library for Access".
If anyone else out there has experience with outputting reports to .PDF format, please
chime in! Also, if anyone has experience using ACG Soft's class library, please let us
know how it went. Did they provide good support?

Exporting to PDF format would suit my needs. But I don't have that option avaiiable to me
in Access 2003. I do have Adobe Acrobat program on my computer. Can you explain further
how to do this?

Access Snapshot format should work for you.
See the following KB article:
Report May Lose Formatting When Output to HTML
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=209145
Although this article applies to Access 2000, it probably applies equally well to
2002 and
2003 as well.
I think you can also export to .PDF format, but this requires additional software on
your
PC.

Am using Access 2003.
Am trying to export a report to HTML, or Word, or Rich
Text Format. One field is an ole-object. It's a jpg
image graphic. All the data and report formats export
Ok. But the graphic object does not export. What am I
doing wrong? Would appreciate any suggestions to try.
Thnx in advance for your help and consideration.
Bob
