Question about messenger on a public computer

OK here's my question when I am online checking my email
at work or at college I don't want people to be able to
just click on an arrow and see all the email adresses
that have been used on that computer (I know this is not
just on messenger but its always the same list so i was
hoping you can help). Any time you want to check hotmail
or get on messenger it has that list of emails to pick
from. This is very handy at home but at college peoples
email adresses are being bombed and I'm not too keen on
being the next victim lol. is there any way to disable
that since almost everyone wants it off? Or at least
delete my email acount from it after use?
