Question about headers, footers and page breaks

Is there a way to make a section header (not a page header)
repeat on a page break?

Is there a way to suppress a section header which repeats
on a page break, if the section footer is active.

I have a chart in my footer which forces a new page as it
is so big - but I don't want the dept header repeating on
the next page.

Hope this makes sense.

You can use the header section's Repeat Section property to
get it to repeat. Unfortunately, once you turn it on, you
can't turn it off. You could try using the footer's Format
event to make the individual controls in the header
invisible. If you alse set all those controls and the
header section's CanShrink property property to Yes (just
leave a little blank space above or below the controls so
the section doesn't shrink to zero.
