Hello all,

I am setting up a new 2003 SB server in an Intel SE7501BR2. It comes with a
Intel Pro 100 and an Intel Pro 1000 network cards on the mother board. This
is my question can I hook up both cards to the network and do any sort of
load balancing? I read about the clustering option but this seems to apply
more to two or more servers. Also if I cant do any sort of load balancing
would it be best to just disable one of the ports or leave them both plugged
into the switch?

No.

That is correct. Multiple Servers with one nic in each.

First move the one you don't need to the bottom of the priority list

(Network Places--->Advanced from Top Menu---Advanced Settings from the
dropdown Menu-->Should be obvious from there)

Then go ahead and disable it. This way if you re-enable it later it won't
jump ahead of the other one in the Priority.
