Question about dllhost.exe

I have read that dllhost.exe should rarely appear on the task manager,
and if it does it means there's possibly malware involved. Every time
I bring up task mgr. on my machine dllhost.exe is present. I keep my
antivirus and antieverything else software constantly updated. Should
I be concerned about this, and if so what can I do about it? Many
