Question about buying a removable DVD burner

I am looking to a buy a DVD Burner and an trying to decide if i should buy a
factory removable drive or buy a external case and an internal drive and
make a removable. I will be using this drive on 3 - 4 computers and i at
this moument can not a fford to buy 3 drives the 4th beoing off site and
therefore can not install a drive in it anyways.

Put it in one computer and burn over the net?

On whether to buy something designated as external or not, I would
look at the prices ofr a DVD burner that matches your
speed/quality requirements.

I find that burning 25 DVDs to back up my partially-filled 120gig
drive -- just doesn't happen. Expensive, too.
