Question about ALL-IN-WONDER cards

How come ATI ALL-IN-WONDER cards don't have a VGA output?

They come with some funky video out, that needs a VGA adaptor? Shown
here.....
 
some AIW have digital (DVI) out so the adapter is needed to convert back to analog...take the adapter off and you can use LCD TFT
monitors/..\
