I have a question about Access XP. My manager has XP
Office Professional installed on her computer. The
company is only limited this software package to the
managers because purchasing more licenses is not within
their budget. The manager wants to use Access runtime and
install it on four other computers for the staff to use.
I understand that the Office Developers Edition has this
program. Is there a way that this Runtime version can be
used without purchasing another license? Microsoft does
have an alternative version of Access 2000 runtime
available on the website. The file name is ART2KMIN.EXE.
I would simply save the Access files in 2000 format to
use this. Will this still be a licensing issue?
Thanks
