Questin re: Address Books & import

can I import the addresses, etc from my Address book in
XP the one on my desktop) to my Outlook contacts folder
on my PC? I've read the Help topics and don't believe I
see anything for my exact scenario (or maybe I'm wrong)?
If there is a way, please how??
 
Explain more clearly what you mean. "Address Book on XP" means what? Windows
XP? Office XP? Windows Address Book? Outlook Address Book?
 
It is my Windows Address Book (.wab file). I just looked again at the Help file & it does not list .WAB files as able to import into my Outlook Contact Folder so maybe I've found the answer

You can import a WAB file into Outlook by first importing it into OE, then
importing directly from OE into Outlook.
