QueryTable object gone in 60 seconds...

I have this worksheet that has more than one QueryTable objects inside. From
time to time, after refresh, one of them just disappears for good. If I save
the file in xml format, the QueryTable tag is just not there anymore.
Did anyone see this before.
I only found an old link:

I found the problem. For some reason Excel won't let you reuse the name of a
QT you just deleted.
If you do it from the menu command, not programatically, you get the message:
"A query with this name already exists on this sheet", which is clearly
bogus, as I just deleted the query, and if I save the file, no query will be
saved.

Workaround: just use a different name.
