Querying records having multiple dates

Using MS-Access, I am trying to identify records of patients who were on
my service for multiple dates. Specifically, I want to know all patients
that have been on service for more than 30 days so that as a reminder, I
can exchange their soiled equipment.

You'll have to give us some help. How are your tables structured? What
fields in the table contain the information that would indicate that
the patient "has been on service" or "has been on service for multiple
dates"? Are you counting records, or looking at a range of calendar
dates, when you say "more than 30 days"?
