Querying empty fields

Hello All,

I have a table that contains a "employer decision" field.

I would like to set up a query that will return the results (to a form or
report) that would only show the records that have "nothing" inputted in
this field "employer decision".

what do I have to put in the criteria of my query to return the desired
results. the employer decision field is a "memo field".
