I have a query that I use to generate a number of reports.
Now what I want to do is use this query to extract one field of the query
into an Excel file.

Is this possible?

Thanks!

Build a new query. "Point" at the first query. Only select the field(s)
you will want to export to Excel.

Save the new query. Right-click the new query and select Export.

Use the TransferSpreadsheet action (macro or VBA) to do this. See the
website in my signature for a page on various export methods to EXCEL from
ACCESS.
