query re LostGoggles program

Hi,
Have used the LostGoggles program for a few months and it has suddenly
stopped showing the thumbnail pictures, the spaces are there for them
but none appearing. Anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?

IGNORE ABOVE, it has now suddenly started to work correctly again, my
pc must not have been the problem!
