Hi everyone,

I'm a novice with MS Access and am looking for some help. I'm creating
a form in datasheet view and want the users to be able to highlight
records with their mouse. The selected records will then run through
an update query where a value will be changed. My issue is with
querying just the mouse highlighted records. Is this possible? If so,
any hints?

Any information is helpful! Thanks!

Consider, instead, adding a Yes/No field, checking it, and using it as
criteria in your update Query. In the same Update Query, you can reset the
Yes/No field as you update the Record.

If you need multiple rows shown, try using a Continuous Forms View rather
than Datasheet View -- looks more professional, if nothing else.
