Query Filter

Newbie question. In the "Select Query" window, where there
are those columns of Field, Table, Sort, etc., there are
only 16 columns available. Is there any way to add 4 more
columns?
 
go the the very top of your main screen, where it says
file, edit, view, etc.
click on insert and then click on Columns. Each time you
click on it one column will be added.

I think you must be thinking of the "Table" window. I
probably didn't explain myself well in my original posting.
I'm asking about the window you get when you click on the
"Advanced/Filter Sort" button. When that window opens there
are only 16 columns available, the Insert drop-down menu
has only 4 items: New Record, Subdatasheet, Object (grayed
out), and Hyperlink (grayed out). While I don't think New
Record is what I want, I clicked on it, but nothing
happened.
