Query by record number in access?

How do you query by record number? For example, I would like to see
records 300-1500 in a separate table.
 
There is no such thing as record numbers in Access. The order of records
will change depending on the records in the table and how they are sorted, so
you cannot depend on the relative position of any record ever being the same.
