Query active directory

Hi

Don't know if this is the correct forum but I will try any way.

I have a Windows XP computer thats connected to a Active Directory. Is there
any DOS commands that can return the current users OU or group in the AD???

You can write script to do this for you. Here's a site with a very

You could try a couple of things. The command gpresult that is also used to
find Group Policy settings will show user/computer container and group
information. Otherwise the AD command line tools such as dsquery and dsget
can also do what you want.
