Queries Returning Too Many Fields

The Problem: When I start a new query, select one table,
select one field to be returned, and then run it all of
the fields are returned in the query results.

This is only happening on one machine in the office and it
does not matter what database is opened, the same thing
occurs. This makes me think that the issue lies at the
Access level on that specific computer and not at the
database level since other machines are not experiencing
the same problem with the same databases when creating the
same queries.

Does anyone know what is going on?

There is an option to return all the fields from queries, it is probably
checked. ( Tools | Options... [ Table/Query ] )
