Quarantined

Well i scanned my computer and it said i had 1 virus. It
suggested I quarantined it and i did. Now does that stop
its effect. Can i remove it without problems. My basic
question is can i remove it without it opening and
attacking my computer.
 
One "threat"--not a virus.

Whatever it is is safe in quarantine, and you can open the tools, spyware
scan, manage spyware quarantine and choose to permanently remove, or to
restore it.

You might want to check it out a bit before choosing permanently
remove--'cause whatever it is will be well and truly gone, so it is worth
checking to be sure that it really is something you won't miss.
