Quarantine won't empty

Ibis toolbar, rated high risk, gets quarantined. So far,
so good. No matter how many times I check the checkbox
and tell the quarantine to "Permanently remove all
checked items", Ibis toolbar remains (oh, and the
checkbox gets unchecked). What gives?

I'm using version 1.0.615

Have you tried doing the removal from safe mode? Also download:
http://www.ccleaner.com and do a scan with that.
