Quarantine List is missing

This program said that Napster was trying to install a
handler and did I want to allow, so I said no. MS
Antispyware took all of the songs and was quaranting
them. All my songs are in the quarantine section with
numbers respresenting the songs but when I try to
unquarantine it, it says that there are no files. How do
I get Spyware to recognize it and put them back where
they belong?
 
Does the program appear to hang? I've now had one report, in a similar
situation, which states that, starting in safe mode, it took "6 hours" (!)
for the UI to appear properly.

I, too, had the misfortune of loosing data. Why, MS

decided this particular folder needed be quarintined
today, (that prior scans never deemed as a serious
threat) I'll never know. And when I chose to
unquarintine them, they disappeared from the list,
but... but was never restored as they were suppose to be.
It just sickens me! Years of collecting, downloading,
uploading, categorizing, etc. gone... POOF! Not just my
music, and my music videos, a few movies, all my funny
clips/videos (which took forever to download, seeings I
am still using a land line!!!) But I also lost personal
videos, that can NEVER be replaced, as some people in
them, are no longer with us! I've been working at this
problem, now, for more than 6 hrs.!

regarding the recovery of these files, I haven't made it
