The CG_ReadNextSnapshot message is common for Quake'rs
and is discussed at the Planet Quake Forums (here's the topic id):

If you've been tweaking your system, and it's not working properly, I would
undo the tweaks (you keep a list of what you've modified, right?) one by one
until you're no longer experiencing those errors. If you aren't sure what to do,
it may be easier for you to start clean, and reinstall your networking also since
you're experiencing Net Send Packet errors. Good luck and patience to you!
