my QSI CDRW/DVD can't read/write a DVD-R, DVD-R
is the driver the problem?

Do you have DVD software installed.....

For reading.... WinDVD or PowerDVD...

For writing... SonicMyDVD, Roxio EZ CD DVD Creator, Nero
