From Newsgroup: grc.techtalk

"So I found out that QNX Momentics NC 6.2.1 is "is available free of
charge (here: http://www.qnx.com/download/swgroup.html?programid=7812)
for non-commercial use only. It contains the QNX Neutrino RTOS,
development tools, and a complete environment with hundreds of software
packages.
An interesting news flash: "QNX Momentics 6.3 to be Released Q2 2004"
An interesting fact is that "QNX Neutrino complies with POSIX
1003.1-2001 and features an extensive POSIX feature set, including
realtime extensions and threads. As a result, it’s very easy to port
Linux, Unix, and other POSIX-based open source programs. In most cases,
you simply recompile the source and relink with QNX Neutrino libraries."
