QFE's Patches Updates

Hi

All the updates available for download from Microsoft (i.e. Q893086) are
always marked as English. How about other languages, or are they
multilingual or do not affect the MUI's of other languages?

The updates generally don't affect the MUI resources, just the feature
resource. In the rare cases where the MUI resource needs to be updated as
well they will be included in updates, this is rare though.
