QASF.DLL

Hello. I installed XP in my computer but I skipped the
file QASF.LL because of error. My XP is running smooth
but I wanted to reinstall that file. I tried lots of time
decompressing it using the msconfig and the expand
command on the prompt, but failed. Now I've been trying
to find that file in the microsoft website and other
website but I couldn't find it. I need help to know where
I can find it. Thanks in advance

I have given up searching for it because I cannot find it
and I am so desperate to ask you if you would be kind
enough to send me the file by attaching it to my email
address ([email protected])then my problem is solved.
