Q: regarding Outlook Group Schedule..

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to share my group
schedule, with my collegues?

And why can't I see some of the appointments of others -
there is just a blue line? Is it because the appointments
are booked as private or?

No. Group schedules are hidden, modified appointments. They can't be copied or shared. Each person needs to create their own.

If you see just a blue hatched line, it means the user has no free/busy information available.
