[Q]P4B533-E and P4 800 FSB+HT

Hi,

I've a P4B533-e rev. 1.02 and i'll want to know if i can use P4 2.4C !
I can select 200 FSB in bios (800 mhz qp) but how can i activate
hyperthreading ???

Did you upgrade BIOS to support hyperthreading?

Hi,
I use that mobo with latest BIOS(1015 Beta 2). HT is BIOS and OS thing.
This mobo won't do 800MHz FSB. You have to slow down. My cpu is FSB533
3.06GHz. HT works fine.
You'll see two cpu when booting if BIOS knows the HT cpu is installed.
And task manager will show two cpu as well.
