Q. Object references in forms

Hi,

I'd like to see a good tutorial, eplaining in detail the syntax of
references, to include many scanrios when and when not to use:

Forms, ! . . [ ] and the like.

Please direct me to a good tutorial, without referring me to the
online Access help,
