Q : how to SAFELY make an hard-disk partition under Win XP ?

Hi folks,

I have to set up some PC computers at work.
There's one HDD that I want to split to two
partitions. What is the better (safer) way
to do this without formatting before ?
I'd like to do it without having to re-install
the whole Win XP system.

Any clue ?

The easiest way is to use a copy of Partition Magic. This program is
slick as can be, very reliable and easy to use.

There are other utilities that you could use, but they would require
reformatting and losing the data on the disk.
