Q: How do I change location of favorites?

I want to organise my pc so that everything I add (personal date) is saved
to one drive, and the operating system remains purely on the first.

This is to save me hassles in re-formatting in future.

I'd love to have explorer point to another location to save and retrieve my
list of favorites. I have been unable to work how to do this.

It would be appreciated if anybody can help.
