In Microsoft's W2k Pro install instruction page
(http://support.microsoft.com/?id=304868), step 1 says:
"Start the installation by using one of the following
methods:
"Start from the Windows 2000 Professional installation CD-
ROM. Make sure that the CD-ROM is set to start before the
hard disk starts. Insert the CD-ROM, and then when you are
prompted, press any key to start the Windows 2000
Professional Setup program."
When it says "Make sure that the CD-ROM is set to start
before the hard disk starts." does this mean "Make sure to
set the BIOS to boot from the CD-ROM before the hard
disk."? Or, does anything else need to be done?
Thanks.
