pwi and base64

Can the RichInk control take in a base64 string?

What I want to do is take the isf format from the Tablet PC and load it into
the RichInk control on a PPC.

Does anyone know where to find the format information about the PWI file so
I can possibly figure out a way to translate between the isf and pwi files?

No details of the pwi format have ever been officially published but there
is a project here which has attempted to provide pwi > xhml conversion:-

Thanks Peter, that seems like it will help some.

I just can't find a good way to share notes between the PDA and a tablet PC.

If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate them.
