Help
I have delegate access to another user's folder and I'm able to view it if I open it from the file button but I tried adding it to my outlook (tools, services, properties, advanced, etc.) and I added the user's name but when I click on the name to open the folder it says operation failed, unable to open folder. I've tried removing the name and adding it again but it still does the same thing. What can I do to solve this problem?

The owner of the mailbox must give you at least "Folder Visible" permissions
on the Outlook Today folder as well.

To recap what Roady wrote - the other user must grant you at least
"reviewer" permissions on the root mailbox folder (Outlook Today).
