putting Graphics on the Desktop

I want to know how to put Graphics on the Desktop and have them moving with sound. Would this be to hard for a beginner?
 
go to www.hallmark.com and get the monthly background.
it has clock calendar motion and sound. changes each
month. they are real neat.
no spam or emails or popups from hallmark. free also.
