Hello

I just created a custom contact form and put it in the Personal Forms Library. I want to put a shortcutto it on Outlook's Shortcut Pane, so the user will just click on an icon and the custom contact form will pop-up

Any idea on how to do this.

Create a desktop shortcut to outlook.exe, using the technique described at
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/launchform.htm, then drag that shortcut to the
Outlook shortcut pane.

One thing that gives me confidence in my Outlook skill level is that when I am stuck it takes a published computer scientist to get me out of my quagmire

Following the instructions found at your link, I found two Outlook.exe files: OUTLOOK.EXE-1E64345B.pf and OUTLOOK.EXE-27D5965C.pf. Additionally, both files reside in this oddly named folder C:/WINDOWS/Prefetch. Would anyone of these do for an initial shortcut to be modified later, as per your instructions

Those are not Outlook.exe. They are .pf files. Look in Program
Files\Microsoft Office etc.
