put email back on Pop 3 server from Outlook

I setup outlook late last night and it pulled off all my email from the last
10yrs off my yahoo account. I want to keep a copy on the yahoo sever. I have
changed the setting to do this in the future but I want to get the old
messages back on the server.

You can't, except by forwarding them to yourself, which will change every
message. If you didn't want Outlook to delete the messages from the server,
why did you configure it to do so?
 
The only way, after the damage has been done, is to zip your email files and
email it/them to yourself to your chosen email account.

Well, not the ONLY way, but nothing will repair the attributions.
