I've looked everywhere and Outlook (2003) does not have an option to just
show email addresses when you select contacts from a list when you're sending
emails. not everybody (and i feel safe to say most users) dont use outlook to
send faxes; its annoying to have double or triple names on a list, and
sometimes i click on the fax contact by mistake...
anyway, if you could put that in Outlook2007.
and yes, i've found forums where if you add an 'F' or 'Fax' or ?alñdfkaicme'
i wont show, but those are manual patches, not actual solutions...
