Pushing Calendar Info to Sharepoint Calendars Automatically

Is there a way or a plug-in I can use, to push appointment and tasks from my
Outlook 2007 to a Sharepoint Calendar automatically? I don't want to have my
employees to have to drag and drop their items into the sharepoint calendar.

You can use a Calendar web part that shows also events from your
Outlook calendar.
Check out KWizCom's CalendarPlus - it combines SharePoint events and
Outlook events into a consolidated view:
