Purple Screen of Death

Yesterday, I had my first problem with RC2 build 5744. I was updating a
Visio drawing when my screen went totally purple. The OS didn't crash,
because I could tell from audio that I was still clicking around. The only
thing I could do was press and hold the power button until the notebook shut
down.

Gotta be the newer Intel graphics driver for GMA900 I installed last week.

I'd appreciate seeing a screen shot if you took a camera pic of the PSOD.

PrtScn, keyboard start button, type fireworks, enter, alt+f, n, enter,
crtl+v, alt+f, s, type a file name, enter, alt+f4.

I've had them memorized long ago, Robert and **absolutely none of the key
board shorcuts* work on a no boot BSOD sitting there. Keyboard ain't
talkin to notin then.

Just when I keep hearing that red is the new black. And I never understood
why all those rich Hollywood types always show up on TV talk shows
completely in black.

Black is supposed to be "slimming" and since they also say that the camera
adds ten pounds I think the celebs are just hedging their bets :-)
