Without going into macros/VBA, is there any way to
establish an Excel file as pure "Read Only"? Using Tools
keep the user from going back into Tools > Customize and
reenabling the Save, Save As, Print, etc. functions back
to one of the toolbars.
Any way to prevent/protect the Save, Save As, and print
functions from being accessed?
Thanks.

from the basic toolbar. There is, however, nothing toCustomize, I can drag/remove Save, Save As, Print, etc.
