I have been all over Microsoft's website and can't seem to figure out where I
can purchase more credits. Any one know where?

You can't. It's still in beta...
 
Is there a way to get around it so I can continue to market to my prospects

I heard they renewed the free credits every month, but I've never used
EMS so I don't know for sure. Try contacting Microsoft and asking them
what's up with the service.
