I purchased a 5 seat copy of KAV for my company yesterday online. But to
date i have not received any emails from the company regarding license
key or a link to where i can download the working copy of the program.
All previous emails to Kaspersky (support@,info@,sales@ and service@)
has not been replied ( I even got a message from sales@ saying that my
email has been deleted without being read).
I have checked with my credit card company and the amount of
approximately US$169 (i cant remember the actual amount) has already
been billed to my card.
Any suggestions anyone before I call up the credit card company and
instruct them to take appropriate action to nullify the transaction?
