Pull Down selections for Access 2002

Hi,

I'm creating a call tracking DB for my IT department.
There are only 4 of us that take calls. What I would like
to do is make a pull down selection of our names that will
input that name into the correct field.

IE - Pull Down and select John Smith. This is entered
into the ReceivedBy field in the Tables.

Is this something that can be done?
 
You are asking for what Access calls a Combo Box. Check it out in the
Access help. Comes with a wizard to set up, or can be manually created.
