Pull Down menus

Is there any way to find out where a pull down menu gets its
information from? I have a log that someone else created and the pull
down menu has a list of names. I want to add a name to the list but
cannot find where the information is pulled from. Any one have a
suggestion?

Thanks,

Could be a Data Validation List dropdown.

Select the cell and Data>Validation.

Should show the source range or a range name like =MyList which could be on
another sheet.

Or the list of names could have just been typed into the source dialog as comma
separated items.

i.e. George,Gord,Corey

Add to the source list or re-define the listrange name.

When I click on the cell that has the sales reps name in it, it does
not show any type of formula. It only shows the name of the rep, and
gives you a pull down menu to select other sales reps names. Is there
a way to view the source and find out where the list of names is
pulled from?
