PUK.EXE MUDAKI.EXE - can't get rid of them

I am infected by the above programs. I delete them from
my hard drive and they just keep coming back. Every half
hour or so, one of them just starts running. I end it in
Task Manager and go delete the files. I've tried
Microsoft anti-spyware, Ad-Aware, Norton anti virus both
in normal and safe mode. The anti spyware and virus
protection doesnt find them. They just keep coming back.

Also how do they start up automatically?

Help please
